My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were perfect - clean, well-appointed, and spacious, just like in the pictures. The bar fridge was a convenient touch, and everything was impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, making my stay very relaxing.

The hotel is located just off the QEW Freeway, with easy access for a day trip to Niagara Falls or downtown Toronto. The room I received was not what I had booked; it was smaller and without the promised sofa bed, with noticeable stains on the bed which was uncomfortable for my back condition. Despite being on the 3rd floor, the hallway seemed neglected and far from the security cameras. The staff, although pleasant and helpful, seemed preoccupied with calls. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of options, but the dining area should cater more to vegetarians. Overall, the location was convenient for travel, but the lack of attention to room details and noise disturbances were notable drawbacks.
